The University of Warwick, UK is recruiting its first cohort of students to start a 4-year funded PhD programme in pandemic planning. This PhD in pandemic research program will start in October 2021 and include relevant post-graduate courses during the first year, followed by full-time research on a chosen project.

The Institute for Global Pandemic Planning at the University of Warwick is recruiting a pipeline of doctoral students for a four-year funded PhD program to expand worldwide scientific leadership on managing pandemics. The selected students will research the best ways for global leaders to respond to pandemics. Al the students in the PhD program will benefit from a comprehensive training programme and cohort learning events.


Eligibility Requirements:

  • A strong first degree (2i or above) or
  • International equivalent in a relevant subject
