FINCAD offers the FINCAD Women in Finance Scholarship to provide much-needed funding to help women succeed in their post-graduate studies in finance and the capital markets. The scholarship aims at encouraging and supporting talented women in the field of finance, particularly those pursuing careers in financial asset management, market risk management and derivatives finance within the capital markets.
Benefits:
FINCAD Women in Finance Scholarship offers every year, an award of US$20,000 is given to one eligible woman to help support graduate-level studies in Finance, with 50% of the award being paid directly to the winner and the remaining 50% being paid to the educational institution to directly assist with tuition.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible to apply for the FINCAD Women in Finance Scholarship,
- Applications are welcomed from female citizens of all countries.There is no nationality restriction.
- Applicants must be accepted into a post-graduate level-program focused on financial asset management, market risk management or derivatives finance at an accredited university
- Applicants must have studied financial asset management, market risk management and derivatives finance within the capital markets at the under graduate level or else worked in a financial organization engaged in those fields such as a bank, asset management firm or other type of organization.
- Applicants must have less than 10 years of work experience and less than 5 years of professional experience in the financial field.
- Applicants must be enrolled and attending the program on a full-time basis during the 2021 – 2022

- Interested applicants can apply for FINCAD Women in Finance Scholarship 2021 by submitting an online application form and all the required documents.
- New applicants have to sign up by creating a username and password.
- Fill in the online application for with your application information, academic information and submit all the required documents.
- The application has to be submitted before the deadline; 30 june 2021.
Documents Required:
- Resume
- Two signed recommendation letters for the scholarship from approved individuals.
- Official transcripts from undergraduate programs
- Research paper (If applicable)
NOTE: All letters must be signed and dated no earlier than Jan 1, 2020. At least one of the letter should reference this scholarship or ‘funding
